This document clearly sets out all terms, rights, and responsibilities for using the ba442 platform — please read it carefully in full before registering.
Introduction & General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the ba442 platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and its users ("you", "user"). By using the ba442 website, mobile version, or app, you automatically agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.

1 Eligibility & Account Registration

2 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Deposit Rules
The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on ba442: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 per method.
- The deposit account and registration details must belong to the same person.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
- Funds will be credited to your account as soon as the deposit is confirmed.
Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be held until account verification is complete.
- Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements are met.
- In cases of suspicious activity, the platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending investigation.
Currency & Conversion
All transactions on ba442 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If any currency conversion fee applies, you will be informed before the transaction. The platform reserves the right to apply additional charges on transactions, and these will always be disclosed in advance.
3 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
New members at ba442 receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The terms for receiving the bonus are as follows:
- A 25x wagering requirement must be met to unlock the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
- For example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total ৳3,000. For the ৳2,000 bonus, 25× = ৳50,000 must be wagered.
- Another example: a ৳6,000 deposit gives a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 → total ৳11,000.
- The bonus applies once only and cannot be combined with other promotions.
- The bonus must be used within the set timeframe, otherwise it will expire.
VIP & Cashback Program
ba442's VIP program has three tiers. Progression is determined by playing activity and history:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback — for regularly active players.
- Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback — for the highest-tier members.
Cashback is credited automatically every week. ba442 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time. If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus will be forfeited.
Bonus Abuse Prohibited
ba442 takes a firm stance against any abuse, manipulation, or exploitation of bonuses. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Opening multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
- Using low-risk bets or opposing bets to satisfy bonus wagering requirements.
- Attempting to exploit the bonus system by any other means.
4 Gaming Rules & Betting
General Gaming Policy
All games available on ba442 — slots, live casino, fishing, sports betting — operate according to set rules. The rules for each game are displayed in the game interface. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.
- If the outcome of a bet is uncertain due to a technical error, ba442 reserves the right to void that round.
- In the event of a network disconnection, bet outcomes will be finalised according to server logs.
- If you find a bug or error in any game, please report it to the support team immediately.
Sports Betting Terms
Please keep the following points in mind when participating in sports betting:
- Once a bet amount is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet is generally refunded, though specific conditions may apply.
- ba442 reserves the right to withhold payment for winnings on manipulated or suspicious events.
- In live betting, a bet may not be accepted due to server processing delays.
5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ba442. If detected, the account will be permanently closed and the balance forfeited:
- Fraud, deception, or attempting to hack the system.

- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.

- Using a false identity or forged documents.

Account Suspension & Closure
ba442 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any reason, particularly for violations of these Terms. In the event of closure:
- If no Terms violation has occurred, the real balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned.
- In cases of fraud or manipulation, the entire balance may be forfeited.
- You may appeal a closure decision through the support team.
